Description:
Dryer door latch/catch kit used to keep the dryer door closed so the unit can run normally. If the door won’t stay shut, won’t start unless you hold it closed, or the latch feels loose/worn, this kit is a common fix.
Installation Notes:
Unplug the dryer. Remove the front panel area around the door opening as needed, swap the plastic latch and the metal strike, and ensure the strike aligns cleanly with the latch before fully tightening screws. Test door closure for a solid “click” and confirm the dryer starts normally.
