Description:
A high-temperature heater wire/terminal repair kit used on many Whirlpool-built electric dryers. It replaces a burnt or damaged heater wire end and provides a new spade terminal plus an approved high-temp wire nut for splicing. Often used when the heating element connection is overheated/charred and needs a safe, reliable repair.
Installation Notes:
Disconnect power. Cut back the damaged section of heater wire to clean copper, splice using the included high-temp wire nut, and push the new female spade terminal onto the heating element tab. Confirm the terminal fits tightly and route the wire away from hot surfaces/edges before reassembly.
